How is my dog's size category determined?

We determine size categories based on your dog's weight: Small (up to 9kg), Medium (up to 40kg), and Large (from 40kg). This ensures appropriate care and pricing.

When does the heating surcharge apply?

The heating surcharge of CHF 3.50 per day typically applies from October through March, depending on weather conditions and heating requirements.

Are there any additional fees?

Our prices include all standard care and accommodation. The only additional charge is the seasonal heating surcharge during winter months.

Who provides the food for my dog?

Parents provide their own dog's food to ensure specific dietary needs and preferences are met. This allows us to maintain your dog's regular diet and avoid any potential digestive issues.
